艾司奥美拉唑对比其他质子泵抑制剂治疗上消化道出血的效果评价

Esomeprazole versus other proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨艾司奥美拉唑对比其他质子泵抑制剂治疗上消化道出血的效果。方法:采取随机数表法将2017年1~12月我院收治的150例上消化道出血患者分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组采取兰索拉唑针剂治疗,观察组采取艾司奥美拉唑治疗。观察对比两组临床有效率、止血时间、腹痛缓解时间及血压稳定时间。结果:观察组临床有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组止血时间、腹痛缓解时间及血压稳定时间明显更短(P<0.05)。结论:采取艾司奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血能大大缩短止血时间、腹痛缓解时间及血压稳定时间,提高临床疗效。

Objective: To compare the efficacy of probing esomeprazole with other proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 150 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lansoprazole injection, while the observation group was treated with esomeprazole. The clinical effective rate, hemostasis time, abdominal pain relief time and blood pressure stabilization time of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The clinical effective rate of observation group was 96%, significantly higher than that of control group 76%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the hemostasis time, abdominal pain relief time and blood pressure stabilization time of the observation group were significantly shorter (P<0.05).Conclusion: Esomeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can greatly shorten the hemostasis time, abdominal pain relief time and blood pressure stability time, improve the clinical efficacy.
