布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗新生儿肺炎的作用探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨对新生儿肺炎应用布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗的效果。方法:将2017年3月~2018年3月收治的新生儿肺炎87例以随机数表法分为两组,两组均予以常规治疗,对照组(43例)在常规治疗基础上应用布地奈德雾化治疗,联合组(44例)在对照组基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗,并比较两组治疗前后的炎症介质水平,评价两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较联合组更低(P<0.05);两组的治疗有效率比较联合组更高(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿肺炎应用布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,可更好抑制炎症介质水平,提高治疗效果。
