品管圈在降低住院药房出院带药调配差错中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in reducing the dispensing error of discharge medication in hospital pharmacy

目的:降低住院药房出院带药调配差错,提高用药安全性。方法:运用品管圈活动的方法,对出院带药调配差错进行分析,拟定对策并组织实施。结果:出院带药差错从改善前的34.5件/周下降到12.0件/周,目标达标率96.57%。激发了药师个人潜能,提高了工作积极性,提高了沟通与协调问题的能力。结论:本次活动取得了显著成效,降低了住院药房出院带药调配差错,提高了药学服务质量。

Objective:To reduce the dispensing error of discharge medication in hospital pharmacy,so as to improve the safety of using drugs. Method:The method of Quality Control Circle was used. The reasons of the dispensing error of discharge medication were analyzed. According to the results of analysis,corresponding measures were formulated and the implementation was organized. Results: The number of the dispensing error of discharge medication dropped from 34.5/week before to 12.0/week,and the rate of target compliance was 96.57%. At the same time,it has stimulated the personal potential of pharmacists,improved the working enthusiasm and the abilities of communication and coordination. Conclusion:The results of this event were remarkable. The dispensing error of discharge medication in hospital pharmacies was reduced and the quality of pharmaceutical services was improved.
