我院2017年门急诊抗菌药物处方点评结果分析

Analysis of the results of prescriptions for antibiotics in our outpatient and emergency department in 2017

目的:分析我院2017年抽查的门急诊抗菌药物处方(以下简称抗菌药物处方)点评结果,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:逐月对抗菌药物处方按用药品种数、基本药物品种数、抗菌药物注射剂使用情况、联合应用抗菌药物情况、处方总金额、处方合格率、不合理处方项目分布情况等进行回顾性分析。结果:全年共抽查抗菌药物处方4961张,平均每张处方用药2.78种,平均基本药物使用率40.73%,无使用抗菌药物注射剂,平均联用抗菌药物比例为17.05%,平均每张抗菌药物处方金额119.21元。平均处方合格率91.82%。不规范处方比例占不合理处方的总数达六成半多,仍是目前不合理处方类型的主要体现。结论:我院抗菌药物处方合格率逐步提高,抗菌药物使用基本合理。

Objective: To analyze the results of the anti-bacterial prescriptions for emergency medicine (hereinafter referred to as antibiotic prescriptions)in our hospital in 2017, and provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods: The prescriptions of antibiotics were retrospectively analyzed on a monthly basis according to the number of drugs used, the number of basic drugs, the use of antibiotic injections, the combined use of antibiotics, the total amount of prescriptions, the rate of prescriptions, and the distribution of unreasonable prescriptions. Results: A total of 4961 prescriptions of antibiotics were randomly selected throughout the year, with an average of 2.78 varieties of prescription drugs. The average basic drug use rate was 40.73%. No antibacterial injections were used. The average percentage of antibiotics used was 17.05%. The prescription amount of the drug is 119.21 yuan. The average prescription pass rate was 91.82%. The proportion of unregulated prescriptions accounted for more than 65% of the total number of unreasonable prescriptions, which is still the main manifestation of the current unreasonable prescription types. Conclusion: The qualified rate of antibiotics in our hospital has gradually increased, and the use of antibacterial drugs is basically reasonable.
