81例氨磺必利所致不良反应的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 81 cases of adverse reactions caused by amisulpride

目的:了解氨磺必利引起不良反应的规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索2010~2017年CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库中收载的氨磺必利不良反应文献个案报道13例,收集汇总江门市第三人民医院和广州医科大学附属脑科医院2013~2017年上报的氨磺必利不良反应68例,进行归纳统计分析。结果:81例氨磺必利引起的不良反应,男性35例,女性46例,20~39岁年龄段较多(占58.03%),循环系统和神经系统损害为常见,主要表现为QT间期延长、心动徐缓、震颤、流涎,严重不良反应多发生在循环系统和血液系统。结论:近年来,氨磺必利在治疗精神病中广泛应用,临床使用时应对心电图、血常规等指标密切关注,减少药物不良反应。

Objective:To understand and clarify the regularity and characteristics of arrhythmia caused by adverse reactions,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs by clinicians. Methods:A total of 13 cases of aboroxin adverse reactions reported in CNKI, Wanfang database and Weipu database from 2010 to 2017 were retrieved. The third hospital of Jiangmen City and the affiliated brain hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were collected and collected from 2013 to 2017. Reported 67 cases of amisulpride adverse reactions,inductive statistical analysis. Results:81 cases of amisulpride caused adverse reactions,including 35 males,46 females,and more patients in the 20~39Y age group (accounting for 58.03%). The circulatory system and nervous system damage were common, mainly in the QT interval. Prolonged,bradycardia,tremors,drooling,serious adverse reactions occur in the circulatory system and the blood system. Conclusion:In recent years,amisulpride has been widely used in the treatment of psychosis. In clinical use,it should pay close attention to the indicators such as electrocardiogram and blood routine,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
