目的:探讨临床药师在合理用药中的作用。方法:临床药师全程参与1例重症社区获得性奇异变形杆菌肺炎的治疗,提供药学服务。结果:临床药师与医师共同商讨药物治疗方案,对患者进行药学监护,提高了治疗效果,减少了不良反应,保证患者的合理用药。结论:临床药师作为医师的助手、患者的朋友,在临床合理用药中有着重要的作用。

Objective:To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in rational use of drugs. Methods:The clinical pharmacists entirely participated in the treatment of a case of serious community acquired pneumonia caused by proteus mirabills by providing pharmaceutical care. Results:To ensure the rational drug use of patients,the clinical pharmacists discussed the medication regimens with physicians and took pharmaceutical care of patients,which improved the therapeutic effects and reduced the adverse reaction. Conclusion:As the physician’s assistant and the patient’s friend,clinical pharmacist play an important role in clinical rational use of drugs.
