喉罩全身麻醉患者苏醒期护理特点研究

Study of nursing characteristics during awakening period of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask

目的探寻喉罩全麻苏醒期的护理特点,提升苏醒期患者的安全性和护理质量。方法选取该院近期收治的插管全身麻醉和喉罩全身麻醉患者各50例进行研究,观察两组患者临床相关指标的差异,总结喉罩全麻患者苏醒期的护理特点及规律。结果与气管插管全麻患者相比,喉罩全麻患者心率、收缩压、舒张压等血液动力学更为平稳(P<0.05),但窦缓的发生率明显增加(P<0.01),喉罩患者发生移位需调整喉罩的发生率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉罩全麻患者苏醒期护理过程中应注意患者的心率变化及喉罩有无移位,规避其潜在风险。

Objective To explore the characteristics of nursing during awakening of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask and improve the safety and quality of nursing. Methods A total of 50 patients under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask and 50 patients under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation were collected into this study.The differences of hemodynamics factors were observed to analysis the characteristics of nursing during awakening. Results Compared with patients under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation,such as heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were more stable in patients under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask( P <0.05),but the incidence of sinus bradycardia was significantly increased( P <0.01),laryngeal mask patients with displacement need to adjust the incidence of laryngeal mask is higher,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The heart rate change and the displacement of the laryngeal mask airway should be paid attention to during the nursing of patients with laryngeal mask airway.
