摘要
目的探讨孕早期检测血清β-HCG、孕酮水平在预测先兆流产的作用价值。方法回顾性抽取2017年至2018年期间收治的113例早期先兆流产女性作为观察对象,设为观察组。选择同期收治的70例妊娠正常女性作为对照组,采集清晨空腹静脉血3mL进行血清β-HCG与孕酮水平测定。结果经积极保胎治疗,75例女性保胎成功并顺利分娩,38例保胎失败。入院后首次采血测血清β-HCG与孕酮水平,对照组与保胎成功组血清β-HCG水平均与妊娠失败组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与保胎成功组血清β-HCG水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过积极保胎治疗,对照组与保胎成功组血清β-HCG水平均与妊娠失败组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组与保胎成功组血清β-HCG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对早期先兆流产者血清β-HCG与孕酮水平进行动态检测,可以为临床治疗提供重要的数据参考,是先兆流产重要评估指标。
Objective To explore the value of detecting serum β-HCG and progesterone in predicting threatened abortion in early pregnancy. Methods 113 cases of early threatened abortion women who were admitted from 2017 to 2018 were retrospectively selected as the observation group.Select the same period of 70 cases of pregnant women as a control group,fasting venous blood collected 3 mL for determination of serum β- HCG and progesterone levels. Results After active miscarriage treatment,75 women have successfully maintained their babies and delivered successfully,and 38 failed to achieve miscarriage.Serum β-HCG and progesterone were detected in hospital at first.There was significant difference in serumβ-HCG levels between the control group,the successful pregnancy group and failed pregnancy group( P <0.05).And there was also significant difference in serumβ-HCG levels between the control group and the successful pregnancy group ( P <0.05).After clinical active treatment,there was still significant difference in serumβ-HCG levels between the control group,the successful pregnancy group and failed pregnancy group( P <0.05).But there was no significant difference in serumβ-HCG levels between the control group and the successful pregnancy group( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion The dynamic detection of serumβ-HCG and progesterone levels in early threatened abortion may provide important data for clinical treatment,which is an important index for assessment of threatened abortion.
