血清免疫球蛋白在乙型肝炎患者的临床检验价值

Clinical value of serum immunoglobulin in patients with hepatitis B

目的分析血清免疫球蛋白在乙型肝炎患者的临床检验价值。方法选择于2017年4至2018年4月期间,该院收治的乙肝病毒患者68例为研究对象,34例轻症患者为甲组,34例重症患者为乙组,选择同期体检的34名健康人群为丙组展开临床检验,在入院时,治疗后对甲、乙组患者进行2次检验,丙组患者仅接受1次检验,对比三组成员的IgA、IgG以及IgM水平,分析血清免疫球蛋白的检验价值。结果各阶段血清免疫球蛋白水平对比,甲、丙组对比各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙、丙组对比各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲、乙组对比各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎患者血清免疫球蛋白明显高于标准值,且重症肝炎患者的水平更高,治疗后明显下降,临床检验中血清免疫球蛋白能够为乙型肝炎的诊断提供依据,并且监测各项指标的变化状况,能够为治疗进度、治疗状况提供判断依据。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum immunoglobulin in patients with hepatitis B. Methods During the period from April 2017 to April 2018,68 patients with hepatitis B virus admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.34 patients with mild illness were in group A,34 patients with severe illness were in group B.34 healthy persons who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as group C to carry out clinical tests.At admission,two tests were carried out for group A and group B after treatment.Group C received only one test and compared the three groups.The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM,and the value of serum immunoglobulin were analyzed. Results The levels of serum immunoglobulin in different stages were significantly different between group A and group C ( P <0.05);there were significant differences between group B and group C( P <0.05);and there were significant differences between group A and group B( P <0.05). Conclusion The level of serum immunoglobulin in patients with hepatitis B is significantly higher than the standard value,and the level of severe hepatitis patients is higher.After treatment,the level of serum immunoglobulin in clinical tests can provide a basis for the diagnosis of hepatitis B,and monitor the changes of various indicators,which can provide a basis for judging the progress of treatment and treatment status.
