摘要 提出一种基于环形磁场励磁的商用磁流变抛光方法,可满足工业化大批量生产需求。通过设计环形磁场的电磁铁,进行三维有限元仿真分析,配合既公转、自转又摇摆的多工位抛光头,搭建环形磁场磁流变抛光装置。利用该平台分别对表面粗糙度为0.2 μm的铝合金和不锈钢手表框曲面进行磁流变抛光试验,结果表明该方法可以同时对多个工件的曲面进行抛光,抛光后两者的表面粗糙度分别提高到0.05 μm和0.025 μm,从而验证该加工方法进行精密抛光的可行性。 The research of magnetorheological polishing technology in China is mostly in laboratory application.This paper proposes a commercial magnetorheological polishing method based on ring magnetic field excitation, which can meet the requirements of industrial mass production.By designing the electromagnet with annular magnetic field, carrying out 3d finite element simulation analysis, a magnetorheological polishing device with annular magnetic field was built with a multi-station polishing head that both rotates, spins and swings.The magnetorheological polishing test of aluminum alloy and stainless steel watch frame surface with surface roughness of 0.2 μm was carried out on the platform.The results showed that the method could simultaneously polish the surface of multiple workpieces, and the surface roughness of the two dropped to 0.05 μm and 0.025 μm, respectively which verified the feasibility of precision polishing.
