磁力研磨加工新型磁极外罩仿真与试验

摘要 为解决永磁体磁极磨料卸载不干净和费时耗力的问题,设计了一种新型的铜制磁极外罩,利用铜的顺磁特性,当磁极外罩与磁极分离时磨料因退磁而自动下落。使用ANSYS软件进行仿真,发现外罩的存在几乎不会对工件表面磁场强度产生影响,同时使磁极装置外围的磁场强度大幅度的降低。试验研究发现,磁极外罩对原有的研磨性能不会产生负面影响。在加工过程中,部分磨料因离心力聚集到磁极外围,磁极外罩可以减少磨料在磁极外围的吸附,使更多的磨料参与切削,在研磨加工中获得较好的表面加工质量。 To solve the problem that the permanent magnet magnetic pole abrasive unloading is unclean and time-consuming and labor-intensive, a new type of copper magnetic pole cover is designed.Utilizing the paramagnetic properties of copper, the abrasive automatically falls off due to demagnetization when the pole cover is separated from the pole.The ANSYS software was simulated and found that the presence of the cover hardly affected the magnetic field strength of the workpiece surface, and the magnetic field strength around the magnetic pole device was greatly reduced.The experimental study found that the magnetic pole cover does not have a negative impact on the original grinding performance.During the processing, part of the abrasive is concentrated to the periphery of the magnetic pole due to centrifugal force, and the magnetic pole cover can reduce the adsorption of the abrasive on the periphery of the magnetic pole, so that more abrasive participates in the cutting.Good surface finish quality is obtained in the grinding process.
