摘要 针对小微型零件存在产能、精度达不到要求的问题,以底座工件为研究对象,分析得出装夹变形、频繁换工件为主要原因;通过多工位夹具设计,满足装夹不变形、高精度、高效率等要求。实践证明:多工位夹具的应用使底座工件合格率提高了34%、效率提高了47%,且更换工位块即可适应其他小微型工件的加工,在同类工件加工中具有一定的实践指导意义。 Aiming at the problem that the production capacity and precision of micro parts can not meet the requirements, taking the metal base parts as the research object, the main reasons are clamping deformation and frequent workpiece change.Through the design of multi-position fixture, the clamping requirements of non-distortion, high precision and high efficiency are met.Practice has proved that the application of multi-position fixture has increased the qualified rate of metal base parts by 34% and the efficiency by 47%, and the replacement of position blocks can be adapted to the processing of other micro parts, which has certain practical guiding significance in the processing of similar parts.
