摘要
以高速角接触陶瓷球轴承电主轴为研究对象,探讨电主轴辐射噪声特性。利用声学测量仪器对电主轴不同位置和不同方向的噪声进行测试,分别从时域与频域分析了不同转速下电主轴辐射噪声特性。结果表明,在转速27 000 r/min时噪声声压信号随时间呈周期性变化,并在不同方向有明显的声场指向性。随着转速的增加,电主轴辐射噪声非线性增大,当转速为27 000 r/min时出现峰值噪声,随后逐渐减小。噪声频谱中表现出丰富的频率特性,如旋转频率、电源频率、电磁振动频率、电网谐波频率等,并且主要为中低频噪声。所得结论可为降低高速角接触陶瓷球轴承电主轴噪声,改善电主轴性能提供参考。
Radiation noise of a high-speed motorized spindle supported by the angular contact ceramic ball bearing bearings are discussed.The noises of the motorized spindle at different positions and directions were measured by acoustic measurement instrument.The radiation noise characteristics of the motorized spindle were analyzed in time domain and frequency domain, respectively.The results show that the sound pressure signal changes periodically with time at a speed of 27 000 r/min, and there is an obvious directivity of the sound field in different directions.The radiation noise of motorized spindle increases nonlinearly with increasing the speed.The peak of the noise appears when the rotation speed reaches 27 000 r/min, and then decreases gradually.The noise spectrum shows rich frequency characteristics, such as rotation frequency, power frequency, electromagnetic vibration frequency, harmonic frequency of power grid and so on, and middle and low frequency noise are dominant.The conclusions will provide a reference for reducing the radiation noise of the high-speed motorized spindle supported by angular contact ceramic ball bearings and improving its performance.
