India Professional Accreditation of Engineering Education (IPAEE): Basic Framework, Experience and Revelation

摘要 印度工程教育专业认证拥有相对独立的认证机构、全面系统的认证标准和严谨规范的认证程序,并形成了重视分级认证、关注认证标准的国际化与本土化以及强调专业认证培训的有益经验。在此基础上,我国应构建基于培养目标的工程教育专业认证制度;不断完善专业认证标准,实现工程教育国际互认;强化专业认证宣传工作,构建内部质量保障体系。 IPAEE enjoys a high reputation as it is qualified with a relatively independent accreditation body, a comprehensive and systematic accreditation standard, and normative accreditation procedure. In addition, it stresses the graded accreditation, the internationalization and localization of accreditation standards, as well as the training of professional accreditation. On this basis, China should construct the corresponding system centered on objective, raise its standard so as to realize a mutual recognition between countries, and strengthen the publicity work with an aim to build the internal quality guarantee system.
