摘要 以往感应电动机转速控制方法受到摩擦力矩的影响,控制效果较差,针对该问题,提出了单神经元PID自适应控制方法研究。在新型感应电动机基本结构和工作原理支持下,设定恒定转子磁链控制规则,计算经过转换器变为学习单元所需状态量,利用神经元不断调整权值,产生可控制信号。在监督性学习规则下,计算权值,并根据单神经元PID转速自适应方法对其进行规范化处理,得到自适应控制规律。在该规律下,结合自适应控制能力,设计反推自适应控制摩擦力矩补偿策略。根据该策略,设计定向矢量控制方案。由仿真实验结果可知,该方法控制效率较高,可有效削弱电动机低速运行性能的不利影响。 In the past,the speed control method of induction motor was affected by friction torque,and the control effect was poor.To solve this problem,a single neuron PID adaptive control method was proposed.Supported by the basic structure and working principle of the new induction motor,the flux control rules of the constant rotor are set up,and the state variables required for the converter to the learning unit are calculated.The weights of the neurons are adjusted continuously to generate controllable signals.Under the supervised learning rule,the weights are calculated and normalized according to the single neuron PID speed adaptive method,and the adaptive control law is obtained.Under this rule,the friction compensation strategy of back-stepping adaptive control is designed by combining the adaptive control ability.According to this strategy,a directional vector control scheme is designed.The simulation results show that the method has high control efficiency and can effectively weaken the adverse effects of low-speed operation performance of the motor.
