计算机视频监控系统设计及应用研究

Design and application of computer video surveillance system

为了能够使传统视频监控有效性得到提高,并且提高检测效果,以此设计计算机智能视频监控系统。对计算机视频监控系统的需求及整体架构进行分析,之后对计算机监控系统中的各模块进行分析,然后选择对监控系统中的软件、硬件具体安装进行调整,最后对系统实现运行及测试。通过测试结果表示,从系统能够实现各监控终端可疑运动目标自动识别及跟踪,并且一旦检测到可疑运动目标就能够灵活的录像及报警,便于事后的破案及查询。

In order to improve the effectiveness of traditional video surveillance and improve the detection effect,a computer intelligent video surveillance system is designed.This paper analyzes the requirements and overall architecture of the computer video surveillance system,then analyzes the modules of the computer surveillance system,and then chooses to adjust the specific installation of the software and hardware in the surveillance system,finally realizes the operation and testing of the system. The test results show that the system can realize the automatic recognition and tracking of suspicious moving targets at each monitoring terminal,and can flexibly record and alarm the suspicious moving targets once detected,which is easy to solve the case and inquiry afterwards.
