保持架间隙对角接触球轴承振动特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以角接触球轴承为研究对象,分析了保持架的受力情况,给出峭度系数的概念,并搭建轴承试验台分析不同引导间隙、兜孔间隙下轴承振动峭度的变化。结果表明:随保持架引导间隙增大,峭度系数减小,保持架运行稳定性越好;随保持架兜孔间隙增大,峭度系数增大,保持架运行稳定性越差。 Taking angular contact ball bearings as research objects, the load of cages is analyzed. The concept of kurtosis coefficient is given, and the bearing test rig is built to analyze variation of vibration kurtosis of the bearings under different guiding clearances and pocket clearances. The results show that the kurtosis coefficient is reduced with increase of guiding clearance of cages, and the cages have good operation stability. The kurtosis coefficient is increased with increase of pocket clearance of cages, and the cages have poor operation stability.
