摘要
研究了不同的烧结助剂含量对氮化硅陶瓷滚子材料性能的影响,并选取烧结助剂含量较低的成品陶瓷滚子装配混合陶瓷滚子轴承,与钢制滚子轴承进行高速性能和抗断油对比试验,结果表明:烧结助剂含量较低的陶瓷材料具有略低的密度和断裂韧性,稍高的硬度;制作的陶瓷滚子公差等级达到Ⅰ级,用该陶瓷滚子制作的混合陶瓷轴承具有较好的高速性能和抗断油能力。
The influence of different contents of sintering aid on material performances of Si3N4 ceramic rollers is studied. The finished ceramic rollers with low content of sintering aid are selected to assemble hybrid ceramic roller bearings, the high speed performance and anti oil-interruption ability are tested in comparison with roller bearings made of steel. The results show that the ceramic material with low content of sintering aid has slightly lower density and fracture toughness, with slightly higher hardness. The tolerance grade of ceramic rollers reaches gradeⅠ, and the hybrid bearings with ceramic rollers exhibit good high speed performance and anti oil-interruption ability.
