Design for Test Torque Transmission of Self-Lubricating Radial Spherical Plain Bearings for Advanced Nuclear Power

摘要 为使自润滑向心关节轴承内、外圈在不同载荷下保持低摩擦因数并稳定工作,需通过平键或者销钉连接将施加在芯轴上的扭矩传递给内圈,实现内外圈的相对转动。利用有限元分析对2种扭矩传递方案进行研究,并通过台架寿命试验进行验证。结果表明:平键-贯穿式键槽连接结构能够更好地保持自润滑向心关节轴承内圈的结构刚性,有效地将试验扭矩通过键-键槽连接结构传递给内圈。 To keep low friction coefficient between inner and outer rings and stable operation of self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearings under different loads, the torque applied to mandrel is transmitted to inner rings through flat key or pin connection so as to realize relative movement between inner and outer rings. Two kinds of torque transmission schemes are studied by using finite element analysis, and the bench life test is carried out for verification. The results show that the flat key-through keyway connection structure maintains structural rigidity of inner rings of self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearings, and the test torque is transmitted effectively to inner rings through key - keyway connection structure.
