摘要
E两优78是利用抗稻瘟病不育系E农1S、两系水稻R78配制的高产优质籼型两系杂交稻组合,该组合的母本开花习性与广占63S相似,花期高温会影响颖花的开颖角度,易造成异交结实率下降。根据母本的异交率易受高温影响的特点,在近年的制种实践中总结了一套适宜该组合高产制种的避热晚播的技术路线,可为该组合制种提供参考。
The new hybrids Eliangyou 78 is crossed by male sterile Enong 1S with the restorer R78 which has good performance in grain quality and blast resistance, but this male sterile has the bad flower habit and smaller angle of glume opening when encountered to high temperature, this made it has difficult in seeds production. According to the characteristics of the outbreeding rate of the female parent to be affected by the high temperature, a set of technical routes suitable for high yield seed production of this combination to avoid heat late sowing were summarized to provide a reference for this combination of seed production.
