摘要 以烤烟K326为试验材料,研究不同施氮量和种植密度对烟叶产质量的影响。结果表明,施氮量为97.5kg/hm^2时,烟叶产量、产值最高。烟叶产量、产值随着施氮量和种植密度的增加而呈下降趋势;在海拔850m和976m,表现出产量、产值随种植密度增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,种植密度为15150株/hm^2时,烟叶产量、产值最高;在海拔1057m,表现出产量、产值随种植密度增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,差异达显著水平,种植密度为13890株/hm^2时,烟叶产量、产值均为最高。随着施氮量的增加,烟碱、氯含量呈增加趋势,总糖有降低趋势;随着种植密度的增加,钾含量有增加趋势、烟碱含量有降低趋势。建议在湖北省咸丰县烟叶生产中,施氮量以97.5kg/hm^2为宜,种植密度以13890~15150株/hm^2为宜。 Taking K326 as experimental material,the effects of different nitrogen application and planting density on the yield and quality of flue cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that, the yield and the production value were highest when the nitrogen application amount was 97.5 kg/hm^2. The yield and the production value showed a downward trend with the increase of nitrogen and planting density. At 850 m and 976 m above sea level, the yield and production value increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of planting density,and the yield and the production value were highest when the planting density amount was 15 150 plants/hm^2. At an altitude of 1 057 m,the yield and production value showed a tendency to decline firstly and then raised with the increase of planting density. The difference reached a significant level, and the yield and the production value were highest when the planting density amount was 13 890 plants/hm^2. With the increase of nitrogen application, the content of nicotine and chlorine increased, and the total sugar decreased. With the increase of planting density, potassium content increased and nicotine content decreased. According to the experimental conclusion, it was suggested that in the tobacco production in Xianfeng County of Hubei province,the nitrogen application amount of 97.5 kg/hm^2 was appropriate, and the planting density should be set at 13 890 plants/hm2 between 15 150 plants/hm^2.
