从黄连及其药用价值着手,研究其传统知识、农业生物遗传资源、地理标志、植物新品种以及涉农专利、商标等农业知识产权资源。分析黄连农业知识产权保护与农耕文化传承发展存在的主要问题,提出了乡村振兴战略与创新驱动发展战略以及农业高质量发展背景下,黄连农业知识产权保护与农耕文化传承发展提升的对策与建议。

Starting from Coptis and its medicinal value, the traditional knowledge, agricultural biological genetic resources, geographical indications, new plant varieties, and agricultural intellectual property resources such as agricultural patents and trademarks are studied. The main problems of Coptis agricultural intellectual property protection and inheritance and development of agricultural culture are analyed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of Coptis agricultural intellectual property protection and agricultural culture inheritance and development under the background of rural revitalization strategy and innovation-driven development strategy and high-quality agricultural development are put forward.
