农村幼儿园协同管理的社会网络分析——以乌鲁木齐市为例

摘要 通过社会网络分析方法研究乌鲁木齐市农村幼儿园管理部门之间的协同关系。以177条参与者互动事件为基础,运用UCINET软件,系统分析乌鲁木齐市农村幼儿园组织管理的整体网络特征、中心性和凝聚子群。在此基础上运用QAP技术揭示了影响乌鲁木齐市农村幼儿园组织管理网络构建的重要因素,提出了农村幼儿园的发展需要以县教育局为主导,政府各部门协作管理、社会力量积极参与构建的组织管理网络协同管理,同时需要搭建协作平台,为多元管理者提供有效的信息沟通平台。 The social network analysis method is used to study the synergy relationship between rural kindergarten management departments in Urumqi. Based on 177 participants' interaction events, UCINET software is used to systematically analyze the network density, centrality, and condensed subgroups of rural kindergarten organization management in Urumqi. On the basis of this, QAP technology is used to reveal the important factors affecting the construction of rural kindergartens' management network in Urumqi City. It is proposed that the development of rural kindergartens needs to be coordinated by the county education bureau, the collaborative management of various government departments, and the active participation of social forces in the organization and management network. At the same time, it is necessary to build a collaborative platform to provide an effective information communication platform for diverse managers.
