摘要
目前,国内尚未有CCD在线式图像尺寸测量系统的检定规程或校准规范,本文根据其工作原理,提出了该系统的5项计量特性参数,并结合被测对象的特点分别设计了校准方案,研制了计量标准,分析了数据处理方法。研究结果表明,本文的校准方法切实可行,为CCD在线式图像尺寸测量系统的校准提供了技术依据。
At present,there is no verification regulation or calibration specification for CCD on-line image size measurement system in China.According to its working principle,this paper puts forward five measurement characteristic parameters of the system,designs calibration schemes according to the characteristics of the measured objects,develops measurement standards and analyses data processing methods.The results show that the calibration method in this paper is feasible and provides a technical basis for the calibration of CCD on-line image size measurement system.
