Discussion on Environmental Impact Assessment of Mining Development and Construction Projects

面对资源约束趋紧、环境污染严重、生态系统退化的严峻形势,必须树立尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态文明理念,走可持续发展道路。本文针对矿山开发建设项目的特点,就产业政策及规划、建设方案比选、生态和地下水影响评价和环境管理等方面总结了该类环评工作中应关注的一些问题。

Faced with the severe situation of increasing resource constraints, serious environmental pollution and ecological degradation, we must adopt the ecological civilization concept of respecting, conforming to and protecting nature and follow the path of sustainable development. In view of the characteristics of mining development and construction projects, this paper summarizes some problems that should be paid attention to in environmental assessment from the aspect of industrial policies, comparison and selection of construction plans, ecological and groundwater impact assessment, and environmental management.
