摘要
笔者以国有企业改革为时代背景,以思想政治教育工作对各项工作的独有优势为出发点,结合人力资源管理工作目标,思考其对国企人力资源管理工作的重要作用。本文先简述了思想政治教育与人力资源管理的内容、含义及二者之间的关系,随后重点说明思想政治教育对国企人力资源管理工作的价值导向、精神激励和协调促进三方面作用。
The author takes the reform of state-owned enterprises as the background of The Times, takes the unique advantages of ideological and political education for all kinds of work as the starting point, and considers its important role in the human resource management of state-owned enterprises in combination with the objectives of human resource management. This paper first describes the content, meaning and relationship between ideological and political education and human resource management, and then focuses on the role of ideological and political education in value orientation, spiritual motivation and coordination promotion of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.
