城市河湖水生态问题分析与应对措施

Analysis on the water ecology problems of urban rivers and lakes and countermeasures

随着我国城市化建设进程不断深入,城市规模日渐扩大,部分城市由于人口剧增,洁净水源日趋紧张,地下水超采严重,导致有的城市雨季频繁内涝,城郊接合部污水直排,黑臭水体现象反复出现,河道非法采砂屡禁不止,河湖水系污染威胁不断加剧,城市河湖水生态问题日渐突出。通过分析当前城市河湖水生态面临的主要问题,从加快河湖水系连通、建设人工湿地、建设海绵城市、严格河湖采砂管理、推进河长制湖长制从“有名”到“有实”等方面给出应对措施,以期为我国河湖水生态建设和水环境治理提供参考。

With the continuous deepening of China’s urbanization construction process, the scale of the city is expanding. In some cities, due to the dramatic increase in population, clean water sources are becoming increasingly tense, and groundwater is seriously over-exploited. In some cities, the rainy season is frequent, and the sewage in the suburbs is directly discharged. The phenomenon of black and smelly water is repeated. The illegal sand mining in the river is repeatedly prohibited. The threat of pollution in rivers and lakes is increasing, and the ecological problems of urban rivers and lakes are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper starts with the analysis of several main problems faced by the current urban rivers and lakes water ecology, and discusses and gives five countermeasures to provide reference for the river and lake water ecological construction and water environment management in China.
