高端人才核心素养的基本结构

Basic Structure of Core Qualities of Top Talents

高端人才是各行各业的支撑者和引领者。培养大批高端人才是中国伟大复兴的重要条件。绝大多数高端人才须在高校教育的基础上靠自身的独特敏感性、超常的特殊努力和长期的实践磨炼而跻身高端。核心素养虽因人而异,但基本结构包括:技能层-娴熟的基本技巧,学理层-深厚的学术思想,哲学层-自觉的哲学思维,情感层-高度的情志专一。其中有些方面高校教育涉而不深,有些方面基本缺失。本文的初步研究或可对高校提升高端人才产出率有所裨益,对有志成才的青少年有所启示。

Top talents support and lead all walks of life.Cultivating a large number of top talents is an important condition for the great rejuvenation.Most of them become top fliers in higher education as a result of their unique sensitivity,extraordinary efforts and long-term practice.Core qualities may vary from person to person,but their basic structure includes skill level(adept at basic skills),academic level(deep academic thoughts),philosophical level (conscious philosophical thinking),and emotional level(high emotional integrity),some of which may not be included or only slightly involved in higher education.The preliminary results of this study may be helpful to improve the output rate of top talents in colleges and universities,and may also have some enlightenment for promising young people.
