摘要
以布迪厄"场域—惯习"理论为依据深入分析高校青年教师与学生德育关系,总结高校青年教师与学生德育场域的特征、高校青年教师和学生的道德惯习特征,说明德育主体相互作用、相互影响,从而不断推动高校青年教师与学生德育场域的变化发展。立足当前高校青年教师与学生德育场域问题,探索提出高校青年教师与学生德育场域优化之道。
Based on the “Field-Habitus” theory of Bourdieu,it deeply analyzes the relationship of moral education between young teachers and students in universities, and summarizes the characteristics of field of moral education of young teachers and students in universities and the characteristics of moral habits of young teachers and students in universities. It shows that the main body of moral education interacts with each other and influences each other, so as to continuously promote the development of the field of moral education for young teachers and students in universities. Based on the current problems of moral education fields of young teachers and students in universities, this paper explores approaches to optimize the field of moral education for young teachers and students in universities.
