大部制改革背景下土地资源管理专业发展的机遇与挑战——来自华中农业大学的实践与探索

Opportunities and Challenges for Development of the Major of Land Resources Management under the Ministry System: Exemplified in Huazhong Agricultural University

自然资源部作为国务院组成部门正式成立,这是我国生态文明建设中里程碑式的重大举措。自然资源部的成立同时也给高校土地资源管理专业的发展带来了许多机遇与挑战。本文以华中农业大学为例,在分析大部制改革给土地资源管理专业带来的发展机遇的基础上,结合该专业发展现状,从课程体系、核心技能、专业调整、教学环境和学科发展五个方面探讨了该专业未来的发展路径,以更好地发挥新形势下高等院校在人才培养和科技创新中的重要作用。

In April 2018, the State Council carried out the reform of the Ministry system. As a part of the State Council, the Ministry of Natural Resources was formally established, which is a milestone in China's construction of ecological civilization and brought many opportunities and challenges to the major development of land resources management in colleges and universities. Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes opportunities and challenges of the major of land resources management brought by the reform combined with its current development situation. Then, it put forward the future development path of the major from five aspects as curriculum system, core professional skills, major adjustment, teaching environment and subject development, to meet the national strategic needs for the integrated management of all natural resources all over the national territory.
