农业院校畜牧兽医类毕业生就业的SWOT分析及对策研究

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Graduate Employment of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

随着高等农业教育的发展及社会对农业科技人才的需求,农业院校毕业生就业问题备受关注。运用管理学中常用的分析工具SWOT分析法,对农业院校畜牧兽医类毕业生就业的内外因素进行综合分析,从而找出毕业生就业的内部优势与劣势,发现毕业生就业面临的外部机会与威胁。同时,通过SWOT矩阵模型的构建,将农业院校畜牧兽医类毕业生就业中的内部优势与劣势以及外部的机遇与挑战进行优化组合,制定出S-O增长型(发挥优势,把握机遇)、S-T弥补型(突显优势,应对挑战)、W-O扭转型(抓住机会,扭转劣势)、W-T消除型(克服劣势、规避威胁)等多种策略。

With the development of higher agricultural education and increasing social demands for agricultural science and technology talents, the employment of agricultural college graduates has attracted much attention. We adopt the SWOT analysis that commonly used in the management to investigate the internal and external factors of the employment of graduates in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine of agricultural colleges and universities, so as to find out the internal advantages and disadvantages of their employment, and find out the external opportunities and threats faced by them. Meanwhile, through the construction of SWOT matrix model, it optimizes the combination of internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and challenges in the employment of animal husbandry and veterinary graduates in agricultural colleges and universities, and formulates the S-O growth type (giving full play to advantages and seizing opportunities), S-T compensation type (highlighting advantages and meeting challenges), W-O torsion type ( seizing opportunities and reversing disadvantages), W-T elimination type (overcoming disadvantages and avoiding threats) and other strategies.
