新建高速铁路兰州至张掖三四线速度目标值研究 被引量:9

Research on Targeted Speed of Third and Fourth Lines on Lanzhou-Zhangye Section of Newly-built High-speed Railway

摘要 新建高速铁路兰州至张掖三四线位于甘肃省河西走廊,沿线经济发展及城镇化水平高于同等区域,但略低于中西部地区,选择经济合理的速度目标值方案,对客流吸引、工程投资、运输质量、经济效益影响较大。结合路网构成及相邻高速铁路主要技术标准,对新建中川机场至张掖西段速度目标值进行研究,采用比较法、综合分析法等对200,250,300,350 km/h不同方案进行定性和定量论证分析,推荐采用与区域路网协调匹配、综合经济效益合理、投资节时比最优的250 km/h方案。 The third and fourth lines on Lanzhou-Zhangye section of newly-built high-speed railway are located in Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province, the level of economic development and urbanization along the lines is higher than that of the same administrative areas, but slightly lower than the central and western regions. Choosing economical and reasonable speed target value scheme has great influence on passenger flow attraction, project investment, transportation quality and economic benefit. With reference to road network composition and main technical standards of adjacent high-speed railway, researches on the speed target value of the section from the new Zhongchuan Airport to the western part of Zhangye are conducted, and qualitative and quantitative analysis of different schemes of 200 km/h, 250 km/h, 300 km/h and 350 km/h is carried out by means of comparison and comprehensive analysis methods. It is recommended to adopt the 250 km/h scheme due to its coordination with regional road network, reasonable composite economic results and optimal investment-time ratio.
