Public Security’s Law Enforcement:Problems and Countermeasures

公安执法意义重大,执法中存在的问题亟待解决。目前,公安执法实践中主要存在执法主体不合法和执法程序不规范两大问题,这两大问题已经引起社会和公民的广泛关注,对公安机关造成了极大的舆论压力。基于此,有必要再次强调公安执法资格问题,提升公安机关执法理念,增强公安机关执法人员权责意识,推进公安机关依法执法、文明执法、公正执法、合理执法向纵深层次发展。

Public security’s law enforcement is of great significance, so the problems in the law enforcement should be solved as early as possible. At present, in the practice of public security’s law enforcement, there are two major problems: illegal law enforcement subject and irregular law enforcement procedure, which have caused wide public and citizen concern, and caused great public opinion pressure to the public security organs. In this regard, it is necessary to emphasize again the issue of public security’s law enforcement qualifications, enhance the concept of law enforcement by public security organs, and enhance the awareness of rights and responsibilities of law enforcement officials in public security organs, so as to promote the development of public security’s law enforcement, civilized law enforcement, fair law enforcement and reasonable enforcement.
