论科技兴警视角下重大活动安保战力赋能

On Enabling the Combat Effectiveness of Security Activities of Major Events from the Perspective of Science and Technology Strengthening Police

科技兴警与重大活动安保工作紧密相关。但在具体战术运用层面,重大活动安保战力输出环节依然是人力因素占据主导地位,既有科技手段和技术装备对重大活动安保战力的提升作用并不明显,人防与技防尚未实现多维度、高效能、全场景的紧密结合。公安机关应深入分析先进科技成果与重大活动安保场景应用的匹配度,通过注重整体解决方案、突出人工智能驱动、人工辅助不可缺席、“产学研用”紧密衔接等路径,有效利用科技赋能,以确保重大活动安保战力的升级。

Promoting policing capacity through science and technology is closely related to the security work of major events. However, in terms of specific tactical application, the output link of security capacity of major events is still dominated by human factors. Existing scientific and technological means and technical equipment do not play an obvious role in enhancing the security capacity of major events, and the close integration of civil air defense and technical defense has not been realized with multi-dimensional, high-efficiency and full scene. Public security organs should thoroughly analyze the matching degree between advanced scientific and technological achievements and the application of security scenes of major events, and make effective use of science and technology to ensure the upgrading of security capabilities of major events by focusing on the overall solution, highlighting the drive of artificial intelligence, the non-absence of artificial assistance, and the close connection of “production, learning, research and application”.
