侨资流向变迁映照下的人际互动——基于漳州台商投资区“提红篮”习俗的分析

Interpersonal Interaction Reflected by the Change of Overseas Chinese Capital Flow: An analysis of "Ti Hong Lan" in Taitou District of Zhangzhou City

“提红篮”习俗是漳州台商投资区(以下简称“台投区”)长期存在的一种礼物流动、资源交换的方式,是乡民之间亲密联系的重要纽带.历史上华侨长期“输血式”的帮扶,“提红篮”习俗则演变成台投人向侨胞讨要红包的手段.改革开放以来,台投区不断发展成一个既能“造血”满足自身需要的新都市,又能带动整个区域发展的“排头兵”,并开始反哺海外侨胞亲属,“提红篮”习俗得以回归传统再次成为人们礼尚往来的手段.“提红篮”习俗从传统到变质,再从变质到回归的历程,在乡民与侨资互动的过程中得到了直接、生动的体现.台投区传统“提红篮”习俗的延续发展不是应时而生,而是命运共同体的联结与“人情”观念下道德约束共同发挥作用的结果.同时,“提红篮”习俗的延续发展不仅是台投人传统礼尚往来的表现形式之一,而且在不断发展中加深了台投人和侨胞的亲情并给双方带来了可观的经济利益。

The custom of "Ti Hong Lan" is a long-standing way of gift flow and resources exchange in Taitou district. It serves as an important bond of close contact among villagers. In history, the long-term "blood transfusion" style of support from overseas Chinese changed the custom of "Ti Hong Lan" into a way for people in Taitou to ask for red envelopes. Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy, Taitou district has been continuously developing into a new city that can not only "generate blood" to meet its own needs, but also lead the development of the whole region, and begin to nurture overseas Chinese relatives. The custom of "Ti Hong Lan" returned to the tradition and became a way for people to reciprocate again, which is directly and vividly reflected in the interaction between the villagers and overseas Chinese. The continuation and development of the custom goes beyond the time. It is the combination result of the community of common destiny and the moral restraint under the concept of "human relationship". At the same time, it is not only one of the manifestations of the exchange of traditional courtesy among Taitou, but also deepens the affections between Taitou and overseas Chinese and brings considerable economic benefits to both sides.
