摘要
可迁移素养作为高职学生满足社会需要和个人发展应具备的核心素养,强调个体在积极应对新情境和复杂任务时所表现出的综合品质和关键能力。可迁移素养需要通过学校教育而获得,但我国高职教育课程对可迁移素养重视不足,应该将可迁移素养的特征要素与具体要求融入高职课程设计的目标、内容与评价中,并采取有针对性的教学策略以实现对高职学生可迁移素养的培养。
As the core competence for higher vocational students to meet the social needs and personal development, transferable competence emphasizes the comprehensive quality and key ability of individuals when they actively respond to new situations and complex tasks. Transferable competence should be obtained through school education, but the curriculum of higher vocational educa? tion in China pays less attention to it. Characteristic elements and concrete requirements of transferable competence should be inte? grated into the goals, content and evaluation of higher vocational curriculum design. Targeted teaching strategies should be adopted to realize the transferable competence cultivation of higher vocational students.
