契合区域经济发展的高职现代服务业工匠精神人才培养策略研究——以长沙市为例

Study on the Training Strategy of Talents with Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Modern Service Industry in Accordance with Regional Economic Development——Taking Changsha as an Example

高职院校是现代服务业“工匠精神”人才培养的重要基地,通过文献分析与实地调研,发现长沙市高职现代服务业人才培养存在工匠精神认知度不够、培养目标定位不准、专业课程体系设置不科学、双师型“匠师”专业化程度不高以及产教融合深度不够等问题,提出通过构建“匠心”价值观,构建政行企校协同育人的工匠精神人才培养长效机制,培养一批高素质的双师型“匠师”教师队伍以及做好工匠精神人才培养的顶层设计等途径,培养高素质现代服务业工匠精神人才,为长沙区域经济发展提供人力资源保障。

Higher vocational colleges are important bases for training talents with the "craftsman spirit" of modern service industry. Through the literature analysis and field investigation, such existing problems were found as the awareness of craftsman spirit in tal? ents training is not enough in higher vocational modern service industry in Changsha, the training goal is not accurate, the scientific professional curriculum system has not been set up, the degree of specialization of the double - teacher craftsman is not high and the integration of production and education is not deep enough. This paper puts forward some approaches to cultivate talents in modern service industry with high quality and craftsman spirit as building a "craftsman" value concept, constructing a long-term mechanism for training craftsman spirit in collaboration with government, industry, enterprises and schools, training a group of qualified crafts? man teachers and planning the top layer design for the cultivation of talents with craftsman spirit, which can provide human resourc? es guarantee for the development of regional economy in Changsha.
