摘要
在对山西省运城市某高职院校2018级新生心理健康现状进行调查的基础上,从外部和内部两个层面深层次剖析影响该校新生心理健康的因素。在此基础上探索高职院校心理健康教育优化策略,理念上,应实现由被动干预变为主动引导,由关注个别案例转为面向全体学生,由单一教育转为全员参与;具体实践中,应注重开发校本课程体系,创设心理育人第二课堂及建立多元化的心理危机干预机制。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of mental health of 2018 freshmen in a higher vocational college in YunCheng, Shanxi Province, the factors influencing the mental health of freshmen in this college are deeply analyzed from the external and internal levels. On this basis, the optimizing strategies of mental health education in higher vocational colleges are explored, that is, the concept should be realized from passive intervention to active guidance, from focusing on individual cases to facing all students, from a single education to full participation;in practice, we should pay attention to the development of school-based curriculum system, the establishment of the second class of psychological education and the establishment of a diversified psychological crisis intervention mechanism.
