乡村振兴战略引领下特色农业发展面临的现实困境与路径选择——基于广西P县的调查研究

Practical dilemma and path selection of characteristic agricultural development under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy——Investigation and research based on P County in Guangxi

农业是国民经济的基础,乡村战略引领下特色农业发展需要以绿色为导向,以科技创新为动力,以人才为支撑。通过对P 县草鱼养殖基地以及生态循环农业示范区发展现状及优势的调查研究发现,特色农业发展受到当地经济基础、自然条件、技术和人力资源的制约,既存在自然禀赋的优势,也在产业经营模式、科技创新、人才配备方面充满着挑战。针对特色农业发展面临的现实困境,可从促进管理专业化、推动技术创新、建设人才队伍三个路径进行提升。

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. Under the guidance of the rural strategy, the development of characteristic agriculture needs to be green oriented, driven by scientific and technological innovation and supported by talents. Through the research on the development status and advantages of the grass fish breeding base in P County and the ecological recycling agricultural demonstration area, it is found that the development of characteristic agriculture is constrained by the local economic base, natural conditions, technology and human resources, and there are both natural endowment advantages. It is also full of challenges in terms of industrial management patterns, scientific and technological innovation, and personnel deployment. In view of the current difficulties facing the development of characteristic agriculture, it can be promoted from three paths: improving management specialization, promoting technological innovation, and building a talents team.
