宁南山区生态农业发展现状及对策探讨

发展现代农业不仅要发展农村先进生产力,更要保护农村先进生产力的成长环境,经济、社会和生态效益要“三位一体”地同步进行,发展生态农业就是一个必要的农业模式选择.近年来,在党中央和宁夏回族自治区(以下简称自治区)政府政策的支持下,宁南山区坚持生态优先、种养循环、打造特色、培育产业的发展理念,因地制宜地发展生态农业,既保护了生态环境,又促进了农民增产增收,如果采取更加科学合理的政策和措施,宁南山区的生态农业还有比较宽裕的发展空间,能够成为这一地区精准扶贫的主要模式.

In recent years, under the Party Central Committee and Ningxia autonomous region government's policy support, the local mountain people raise cycle to build characteristic of the South Mountainous Region of Ningxia, adhere to ecological priority, cultivate the development concept of industry and develop ecological agriculture according to local conditions not only protects the ecological environment, but also promote the increase of farmers' output and income. If more scientific and reasonable policies and measures are adopted, the ecological agriculture in the South Mountainous Region of Ningxia still has relatively broad development space and can become the main mode of targeted poverty alleviation in this region.
