利用油用牡丹籽果壳栽培平菇的试验研究

Screening Test of Pleurotus ostreatus Cultivation Medium of Peony Peel

为探究油用牡丹籽果壳是否可以进行平菇栽培以及栽培效果,以新、旧油用牡丹籽果壳为主要原料,棉籽壳为辅助原料,设置不同配方处理,探究不同配方下平菇菌丝生长水平和出菇情况。结果表明,利用油用牡丹籽果壳为栽培原料,平菇菌丝体和子实体都能正常生长。其中,菌丝体生长速度最快且长势最好的为E配方(旧牡丹籽果壳8%、棉籽壳80%、麸皮10%、石膏粉1.9%、多菌灵0.1%)和E’配方(新牡丹籽果壳8%、棉籽壳80%、麸皮10%、石膏粉1.9%、多菌灵0.1%)。子实体最先出菇且平菇长势最好的为C’配方(新牡丹籽果壳48%,棉籽壳40%,麸皮10%,石膏粉1.9%,多菌灵0.1%)和D配方(旧牡丹籽果壳28%、棉籽壳60%、麸皮10%、石膏粉1.9%、多菌灵0.1%)。

To investigate whether the peony seed shell can be cultivated for Pleurotus ostreatus and the cultivation effect,the shell of peony seed was used as the main material,and the cottonseed hulls was used as the auxiliary material to explore the growth level of the mycelium and the situation of the mushroom under different formulas.The results showd that both the mycelium body and the fruiting body of the mushroom can grow nomally in the condition of using the shell of peony seed as main material.The fastest growth rate and the best growth trend of mycelia were in the E formula(old peony seed shell 8%,cottonseed shell 80%,bran 10%,gypsum powder 1.9%,carbendazim 0.1%)and in the E'formula(new peony seed shell 8%,cottonseed shell 80%,bran 10%,gypsum powder 1.9%,carbendazim 0.1%).The first Pleurotus ostreatus and the Pleurotus ostreatus were the best in the C'formula(the new peony seed shell 48%,the cottonseed shell 40%,the bran 10%,the gypsum powder 1.9%,carbendazim 0.1%)and in the D formula(the old peony seed shell 28%,the cottonseed shell 60%,the bran 10%,the gypsum 1.9%,carbendazim 0.1%).
