功率自行车运动对慢性期膝骨性关节炎的疗效

The effect of power bicycle exercise on the chronic knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨功率自行车运动对慢性期膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法KOA患者56例,随机分为运动组(28例)和对照组(28例)。两组均给予药物、伸屈膝训练、膝关节松动术、中频、超短波等常规康复治疗,运动组在常规康复治疗的基础上给予8周功率自行车运动。结果两组患者经常规康复治疗后西大略湖与麦克马斯特骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)中的疼痛、僵硬、生理功能3项评分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),6min步行距离较治疗前均有明显增加(P<0.01),且运动组WOMAC中3项评分更低于对照组(P<0.05),6min步行距离更高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功率自行车运动对慢性期膝骨性关节炎具有显著疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of power bicycle exercise on chronic knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods 56 cases of chronic KOA patients were randomly divided into exercise group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases). Both groups were given conventional rehabilitation treatment including drug, knee extension and curvature movement training, arthrolysis, intermediate frequency and ultrashort wave, and the sports group was given power bicycle exercise for 8 weeks on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment. Results After the treatment,the WOMAC evaluation including pain, stiffness, and physiological function in two groups were significantly decreased as compared with before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01), the 6-minute walking distance was significantly increased compared with that before treatment (P<0.01). And after treatment, the WOMAC evaluation in exercise group was lower than in control group (P<0.05), the 6-minute walking distance in exercise group was longer than in control group (P<0.05), the recurrent rate in exercise group was lower than in contorl group (P<0.05). Conclusion Power bicycle exercise has significant effect on chronic knee osteoarthritis patients.
