摘要
目的探讨小儿消化性溃疡患者应用枸橼酸铋钾治疗对患儿氧化应激因子水平的变化,以期为该疾病的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月本院儿内科收治的小儿消化性溃疡66例。根据入院时间顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组患儿给予奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素的治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,加服枸橼酸铋钾胶囊。两组均于治疗开始前及疗程结束后接受氧化应激因子(SOD、LPO、NO及MDA)水平的检验,并比较各组各检验值之间的变动差异。结果治疗后,两组MDA及LPO均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SOD及NO水平也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸铋钾应用于小儿消化性溃疡,不仅可以保护胃黏膜,根除H.pylori,也能够提高体内的SOD、NO水平,降低MDA及LPO水平,恢复正常机体内的氧化还原的动态平衡,从而对提高药物的疗效更有帮助。
Objective To investigate the effect of bismuth potassium citrate on the levels of oxidative stress factors in children with peptic ulcer, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods 66 cases of peptic ulcer were treated in pediatric department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole combined with clarithromycin, while the observation group was treated with bismuth potassium citrate capsule in addition to the control group. The levels of oxidative stress factors (SOD, LPO, NO and MDA) were measured before and after treatment in both groups, and the difference between the test values was compared. Results After treatment, MDA and LPO of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);and the observation group SOD and NO levels were significantly higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bismuth potassium citrate can not only protect gastric mucosa and eradicate H. pylori, but also increase the levels of SOD and NO, decrease the levels of MDA and LPO, and restore the dynamic balance of oxidation and reduction in normal body, so it is more helpful to improve the curative effect of drugs.
