关于胃食管反流病的影像诊断研究

Imaging diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的探讨关于胃食管反流病的影像诊断研究。方法选取从2016年12月至2017年12月患有胃食管反流病的患者80例,通过采取钡餐造影方式对患者进行进一步的确诊和诊断。结果在钡餐造影下确诊80例患者均出现不同程度造影剂反流如食管的反流现象,其中56例为食管下段及喷门处黏膜紊乱,反流性食管炎19例,食管静脉曲张5例。结论通过X线钡餐造影检查,可对患者胃食管反流病病情进行筛查和确诊,有利于患者进一步治疗方案的制定。

Objective To study the imaging diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and further diagnosed by barium meal radiography. Results The reflux of contrast media, such as esophageal reflux, was found in all the 80 cases, including 56 cases of mucosal disorders in the lower esophagus and the spray door, 19 cases of reflux esophagitis and 5 cases of esophageal varices. Conclusion X-ray barium meal examination can be used to screen and diagnose gastroesophageal reflux disease, which is helpful for the further treatment of patients.
