摘要
基于霍尔效应原理,对设计的十字轴的参考水平面X轴和相应垂直面Y轴分别加载梯度较大的非匀强磁场,进而对设置在十字轴两端X轴和Y轴霍尔元件的霍尔电压与其相应的空间位置进行定标拟合。分别得到霍尔电压与X轴和Y轴的空间角度的关系公式,通过编程由单片机实现霍尔电压定位空间三维角度位置。本装置在温度-55℃~150℃,X轴和Y轴轴向角为80°~139°范围内精度可靠,在工业上有一定的应用前景。
Based on the Hall effect,the non-uniform magnetic field with large gradient is loaded on the X-axis and the Y-axis of the cross axis respectively,and then the Hall voltage of the X-axis and Y-axis Hall elements installed at both ends of the cross axis and their corresponding spatial positions are fitted.The relation formula between Hall voltage and space angle of X-axis and Y-axis is obtained respectively,and the space three-dimensional angle position of Hall voltage is realized by single-chip microcomputer through programming.The device has reliable precision in the range of temperature -55 ℃ to 150 ℃,axial angle of X and Y axis 80°to 139°,and has certain application prospect in industry.
