通过对高校信息化项目全流程管理的内容及目标任务研究,以北京印刷学院为例,剖析了信息化项目全流程管理中存在的问题,提出了高校信息化项目全流程管理策略,为信息化项目的高质量顺利实施提供保障。

Based on the study of the content and objectives and tasks of the whole process management of university informatization projects, taking Beijing Printing University as an example, the problems in the whole process management of informatization projects are analyzed, and the strategies of the whole process management of university informatization projects are put forward to guarantee the smooth implementation of high-quality informatization projects.
