膳食纤维对血脂异常人群的营养干预

Nutritional Intervention of Dietary Fiber in Dyslipidemia Subjects

目的:研究膳食纤维对血脂异常人群的血脂、血压及体成分的影响。方法:100名血脂异常志愿者随机分为膳食纤维—麦膳干预组和膳食纤维—麦福对照组,分别给予麦膳和麦福45g/d,两组均进行营养宣教,持续8w。于干预前、干预4w和8w后分别进行血脂、血压和体成分的测定,并进行比较。结果:100名血脂异常志愿者中,有90人(90%)最终完成营养干预实验。与干预前比较,分别干预4w和8w后,两组的血脂、收缩压(SBP)、体重、体质指数、体脂肪量(BFM)、体脂百分比(PBF)和内脏脂肪面积(VFA)均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,干预8w后,两组的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、BFM、PBF和VFA的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膳食纤维—麦膳和麦福能够明显改善血脂、血压和体成分;麦膳对TC、TG、BFM、PBF和VFA的干预效果优于麦福。

Objective To investigate the effects of dietary fiber on lipid,blood pressure and anthropometric parameters in dyslipidemia subjects. Method Dyslipidemia volunteers(n=100)were randomized into two groups including dietary fiber-Maishan intervention(n = 50)and dietary fiber-Maifu control(n = 50),which were served 45 g/d of Maishan or Maifu,respectively. Both groups were given nutrition counseling for 8 weeks. Lipid,blood pressure and anthropometric parameters were measured and compared at baseline,after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,respectively. Result Totally 90 subjects completed the nutritional intervention (90 %). Compared to the baseline,after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,lipid,SBP,weight,BMI,BFM,PBF and VFA were significantly reduced in both groups( P < 0.05). Compared to the control,TC,TG,BFM,PBF and VFA were clearly lowered( P <0.05). Conclusion Dietary fiber-Maishan and Maifu significantly improve lipid,blood pressure and anthropometric parameters. Intervention effect of Maishan on TC,TG,BFM,PBF and VFA is superior to Maifu.
