摘要
“餐前负荷”是一种可能有利控制餐后血糖的进食模式。近期研究表明,餐前负荷能够通过减缓胃排空速度、刺激胰岛素和胃肠激素分泌达到平稳餐后血糖的效果。用于餐前负荷的食物主要包括蛋白质、碳水化合物、膳食纤维及富含它们的天然食物。
Preload is a new eating pattern that may be beneficial for postprandial blood glucose control.Recent studies have shown that preload can stabilize postprandial blood glucose by slowing gastric emptying and stimulating insulin and gastrointestinal hormone secretion.Foods used for preload mainly include protein,carbohydrate,dietary fiber and natural foods rich in them.This paper introduced the related research about preload.
