滑石矿下向进路充填采场结构参数优化 被引量:9

摘要 范家堡子滑石矿前期采用分层崩落法进行回采,造成了地表塌陷、回采率较低、矿石损失较严重等问题。滑石矿作为一种高价值的矿产资源,为提高资源回采率以及实现绿色采矿,现场决定改用下向水平分层进路充填采矿法进行深部矿体的开采。目前国内外很少使用充填法进行滑石矿开采,为此需要对范家堡子滑石矿的下向充填采矿进行深入的分析研究,优化采场结构参数,实现采场稳定。3个方案进路断面(宽×高)分别取3m×3m(方案一)、4m×3m(方案二)、5m×3m(方案三),利用FLAC3D软件对采场结构参数进行了数值模拟,得出了最优结构参数进路断面(宽×高)为4m×3m(方案二),为现场的下一步的生产提供了理论依据。 The slicing caving method was adopted in the early stage of Fanjiapuzi Talc Mine,which results in surface subsidence,low recovery rate and high ore loss. As a kind of high value mineral resources,it is decided to adopt the down ward horizontal slicing and backfill mining method for deep talcum ore,in order to improve the recovery rate of resources and realize green mining. At present,the backfill method is seldom used in exploitation of talc mine at home and abroad. There fore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and research on downward backfill mining method in Fanjiapuzi talc mine, optimize stope structural parameters and achieve stope stability. Three schemes with the width×height of 3 m×3 m( scheme 1), 4 m×3 m( scheme 2) and 5 m×3 m( scheme 3) respectively are investigated. The structural parameters of stope are simulated by FLAC3D software to gain the optimal structural parameters of the section(width×height) 4 m×3 m( scheme 2). The result provides a theoretical basis for the next production in the field.
