某铁矿缓倾斜厚大矿体采矿技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 某铁矿出于安全考虑,前期的崩落法无法继续使用,深部矿体的回采方法必须及时变更为充填法。为了确保充填法采矿安全、高效,根据矿山实际矿体、围岩稳定性特征,提出4个回采方法,经过模糊综合评判选择分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法。在此基础上针对如何选择采场结构参数,才能确保回采过程采场的稳定,采用数值模拟对深部矿体采场结构参数进行方案优化,在采场长度为100m,预留10m间柱的情况下,模拟了采场宽度13m、15m、17m3个方案,采场的最优宽度确定为15m。 In view of the safety,the previous caving method in an iron ore can not continue to be used,and the recovery method for deep orebody must be changed in time. In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of backfill mining,according to the actual stability characteristics of orebody and surrounding rock,four mining methods were put forward,and the stage sub level rock drilling stoping method with subsequent backfilling is selected by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On this basis, aiming at how to select stope structural parameters to ensure the stability of stope in mining process,numerical simulation is used to optimize the stope structural parameters of deep orebody. Under the condition of stope length 100 m and pillars re served at 10 m,three schemes with stope width of 13 m,15 m and 17 m are simulated,and the optimal stope width is deter mined to be 15 m.
